The Connor Downs Eco Delegates have set themselves the task of finding out just how much energy and water we as a school are using as well as the amount waste we are producing in order to build a comprehensive picture and complete an accurate overview of our school's carbon footprint. To do this the Eco Delegates will interview each member of staff responsible for each aspect of the schools footprint. This week the children have interviewed Mrs Allen, our school's catering manager to find out about where our food comes from and where the waste goes, how much is collected and how Mrs Allen measures it.
