As it is so mild we have changed our heating in school from twice a day 7am -10am and 1pm till 3pm to just 7-10am.
This saves us 2 hours a day and the difference is great.  Classes are not to hot where windows have to be opened and let the heat out and children are not so irritable because they are drowsy and hot from the heat.
