I have laminated the spot check sheets and displayed them in each classroom to help the staff and pupils to switch of all electric items every night, weekends and holidays.  This will be checked by me when I lock up at the end of each day.  I have also displayed a holiday switch off list in my office so I can check off when I have turned extra items off for weekends and holidays.
