Eco Committee shared the Winter Switch Off checklist with the School Business Manager and the School Cook.  The School Business Manager checked all classrooms before close of school for the Christmas break.  

Caretakers will be asked to implement a "shut down checklist" that Eco Committee created.

The School Cook switched off the following appliances at the mains switches:  dishwasher, hotplates, fryers, mixer.  She also amalgamated food supplies from multiple fridges and freezers, resulting in the complete shutdown of three refrigerators.  All food was amalgamated into one fridge and three freezers
